It was our first time on Sylt and the ice cream factory was recommended to us there. Rightly. Every day we ordered a spaghetti ice cream “to go” and it was a dream. The strawberry sauce alone was a dream. If you are on holiday on Sylt and feel like having an ice cream, then visit the ice cream factory. 5 out of 5 stars

The best ice cream on the island. Whenever we're in List, we can't resist and go here for delicious ice cream. The service is also super friendly.

Wasn't bad, unfortunately a very greasy cream. My conclusion: I prefer to go to my Italian restaurant.

Shortly before the store opened, my girlfriend & I were at the ice cream factory alongside another waiting couple. We were told that the café wouldn't open for 5 minutes (11 a.m.) in a very rude and rude manner. It should be noted here that opening times were not available. Without paying attention to the guests, private conversations were quietly held, breakfast was taken and arrangements were made for opening. After we had passed the time in a shop across the street, the café was still not open at 11:10 a.m. They saw us and the other waiting guests, but ignored them. So they apparently didn't want any customers, so we went to the Ingwersen Bakery, where we were served very nicely and friendly.

A visit to the ice cream factory is a "must" for me when I'm with my daughter on Sylt. You have to try the "rice pudding" variety 😀 really tasty

Unfortunately very bad, the reputation wrongly on a high level. The salted caramel tastes very artificial, unbalanced and unpleasant like spoiled milk. The hazelnut ice cream rancid. Only the strawberry ice cream was okay, but not a high-flyer either. Vanilla ice cream was ok and nothing more.

Very good and delicious ice cream, can be recommended. The salt caramel is especially delicious. Staff always very friendly.

Someone wrote that the ice cream was delicious but too expensive. All I can say is that the ice cream is great, and there is a really large selection. The number of people standing in line allows a small conclusion. Which is not always a quality feature. Anyone who goes to Sylt and speaks of "expensive" has not done any proper research beforehand. Yes - Sylt is not always cheap, the ice cream factory definitely is. So keep it up.

All in all good. But I've also eaten better ice cream ... However, often much worse ice cream

Very tasty ice cream, you know something about your craft. A star deduction for the lack of friendliness and the inability to pay cashless.

The store looks really great and has a great concept. The team is really super nice. But ... I can't understand this hype? I ate the praised sea salt caramel ice cream and vanilla and yes it was ok but unfortunately not more.

Very good coffee and delicious ice cream. We liked the fruit types better than e.g. Chocolate. We'd love to come back

Was extremely tasty. We are coming again next year. It wasn't cheap, but you’re used to that from Sylt. I think the discount on the children's balls is great. It's worth it with 3 children.

The ice cream is awesome! Last time I had salt, caramel and Sylt milk ice cream, which more than blew me away! Today again, Sylt milk ice cream with pear yogurt. and again I was convinced. The ambience is nice and just gorgeous at sunset and with a view of the heather plants However, the ice cream factory closes at 7:00 p.m. from September, which was made somewhat unfriendly to us 😓 Otherwise I can only recommend it

The ice cream here has tasted good for years and is the first choice in List! Eismanufaktur implemented the Covid-19 measures very positively for customers: a queue to order, in the second step pick-up at another counter. It feels like the waiting times are even shorter than usual!

Hello, I read in a travel guide that this ice cream parlor is said to be among the 10 best in Germany. Food is a matter of taste and this ice cream parlor is really good, the price is ok, the service friendly and the atmosphere typical of Sylt beautiful. But in many places in Germany there are really good ice cream parlors that know how to make good ice cream. It's not a mistake to buy a good ice cream here ...

The ice cream here is excellent, however I found the choices were much more limited than expected for an ice creamery. The menu was comprised mostly of the usual flavors (i.e. vanilla, coffee, chocolate) with limited creative options. Expected a slightly higher price per scoop and there is limited outdoor seating which can fill up quickly on a sunny day.

Cute, small shop with hervornagendem ice cream. The selection is manageable, but in terms of taste a 10/10! The coffee comes from a decent portafilter machine and the service was friendly and flexible. The shop offers enough space outside and inside. My recommendation is the harbor water ice (or just the harbor water :-))

Nice location (when the weather plays nice!) and the ice is good. The salted caramel ice is very salty, but you can taste the quality. I'm not sure the place is worth a detour, but if you're shopping nearby you should check it out.

It is melting too fast, maybe it is not contain to last ice that is harmful to health
